Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Pegasus Transfer, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your booking and the procedures for receiving a refund. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • More than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a Full Refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a Cancellation Fee of 20% of the total agreed transfer price.
  • No-Show: If the customer fails to appear without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Method: Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services provided on a specific date. Our standard cancellation terms apply.
