Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all transfer and tour bookings provided by Pegasus Transfer through our website pegasustransfers.gr or any other booking channel. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A reservation is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the Company via email. Upon confirmation, a unique reservation number will be provided.
- The Customer is responsible for verifying all booking details (date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, number of passengers, and luggage) in the confirmation email. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
- Oral agreements between the Customer and the Company are not binding unless subsequently confirmed in writing via email.
- Reservations are confirmed as soon as all required details have been provided by the Customer, either via email or through the online booking form on our website.
2. Our Fleet
Pegasus Transfer operates a fleet of three vehicle types to accommodate different group sizes and luggage requirements:
- Sedan (Executive Car): Suitable for up to 3 passengers. Accommodates 2 hand luggage items (max 56x45x25 cm, 10 kg each) and 2 medium suitcases (max 90x75x43 cm, 25 kg each).
- Minivan: Suitable for up to 6 passengers with moderate luggage. Ideal for small groups or families.
- Van: Suitable for up to 8 passengers with larger luggage volumes. Ideal for larger groups or passengers with extra luggage.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the number of passengers and the quantity and size of luggage so that we can assign the most appropriate vehicle. If this information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to allocate a different vehicle or apply an additional charge.
3. Pricing & Payment
- The agreed transfer rate is fixed and inclusive of VAT, local taxes, fuel, and the driver’s fee.
- The rate does not include tips, additional stops for sightseeing, meal breaks, toilet or beverage stops, business meetings, or any other service not expressly included at the time of booking.
- Payment may be made in cash directly to the driver upon completion of the transfer, or by bank deposit, as agreed with the Company at the time of booking.
- A customary tip of 10% is appreciated but not obligatory and is not included in any rate.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee. Full refund where applicable.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total agreed transfer price will apply.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@pegasustransfers.gr. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent in return.
- If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, please contact us by phone at (+30) 6909 038 096, as your cancellation may not have been received.
- No refund will be issued in the event of a no-show (see Section 5).
5. No-Show Policy
- A “no-show” occurs when the Customer fails to appear at the agreed pick-up point at the agreed date and time without prior notice.
- In the event of a no-show, the full transfer price will be charged as if the service had been successfully completed.
- If the Customer has made a partial payment and does not show for the transfer, the remaining balance will be charged to the Customer’s card on file.
- If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address or time of pick-up during the booking process, the no-show policy applies.
- It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to provide a pick-up address accessible to the selected vehicle.
6. Airport & Port Transfers
- Pegasus Transfer monitors all incoming flights and vessel arrivals for delays. No additional charges will apply to the Customer in the event of delays in their arrival.
- Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit with a name board. If the Customer cannot locate the driver, they must contact the Company immediately at (+30) 6909 038 096 before leaving the airport or port.
- If the Customer leaves the designated meeting point without contacting the Company, this will be treated as a no-show and the full transfer price will be charged.
7. Passenger Conduct & Driver’s Rights
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who behave in a manner that threatens the safety of the driver or other passengers, or who cause or threaten to cause damage to the vehicle.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse additional luggage that exceeds the vehicle’s safe loading capacity.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the transfer, in accordance with Greek traffic law.
8. Children & Infants
Infants and children are counted as passengers. The Customer must inform the Company of the age of any infant or child at the time of booking so that an appropriate and legally compliant child safety seat can be arranged. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in the unavailability of a suitable seat.
9. Luggage
- The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage. However, Pegasus Transfer accepts no responsibility for damage to luggage during the transfer.
- Passengers are advised to ensure their luggage is properly packed and protected prior to travel.
- Any luggage left in the vehicle must be reported to the Company immediately. We will make every effort to return found items but accept no liability for lost or forgotten belongings.
10. Tour Guiding
Pegasus Transfer drivers are licensed transport operators and are not licensed tour guides under Greek law. They are therefore not permitted to accompany Customers to archaeological sites, museums, or other attractions in a guiding capacity. Should the Customer wish to arrange a private tour with a licensed guide, the Company can assist in making arrangements upon request.
11. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
- Pegasus Transfer shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents on the road network, strikes, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
- The Company cannot guarantee exact travel times. All journey time estimates are approximate and provided for guidance only.
- Customers travelling onward by other means of transport (e.g., ferry, domestic flight) are advised to allow sufficient time between the transfer and their next departure.
- If our designated vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to provide a comparable alternative vehicle of equal or greater capacity at no additional cost.
12. What Is Included in the Transfer Price
- VAT and all applicable local taxes
- Fuel costs
- Driver’s remuneration
- Flight and vessel arrival monitoring (for airport and port transfers)
- Child or infant safety seat (when requested in advance)
13. What Is Not Included in the Transfer Price
- Tips for the driver
- Stops for meals, beverages, or restrooms
- Stops at local attractions or sightseeing locations
- Business meeting stops
- Additional charges arising from a change in destination or extra time requested by the Customer
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete.

15. Amendments to These Terms
Pegasus Transfer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website at pegasustransfers.gr and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
